  4. Hey guys our big day is rapidly approaching. There's a whole clan of us having surgery on April 14th. We've talked about starting/using Facebook or Instagram to keep up with one another since there's do many of us. Surgery day will be here before we know it. CurvyGoddess is going to set this up for us we just need to decide which we prefer to use or if someone can think of something different that may be better definitely throw it out there.
  5. That may be a surgeon requirement versus an insurance requirement that u lose 10% of ur weight. Some surgeons do that some don't.

I'm on day 5 of my pre-op liquid diet and I have had it i don't want not another one. I absolutely loved Chike and now I don't want Chike I don't want Premier Protein just ughhhh...what concerns me is I have to drink them post-op as well what the heck??? Have anyone else absolutely found a couple protein shakes they LOVE then find them undrinkable?I'm sitting at my desk looking at this shaker cup thinking not another one ughh!

Post-op during my week of Clear Liquids I plan to have the following: Broth Crystal Light SF Popsicles SF Jello Isopure fruity drink with 40grams of protein. Not sure if I can stomach it because it taste pretty gross but has a ton of protein.

  18. See it worked out I'm so happy for u!
  19. Yes this is major surgery with some pretty serious possible complications. It's a lot to absorb and not easy to digest at first. U picked ur surgeon for a reason which more than likely mean ur confident in his or her ability or u wouldn't have selected him or her. Know ur in good hands with a surgeon that's done a ton of these. More than anything send up a prayer for urself while the rest of us will do the same. Ur going to be ok! We r all cheering for u and be sure to keep us posted when u can.
  20. Cheering for u! Wow u r sliding into home base ur big day is finally here yayyyyyyyy! Keep us posted.
  21. My daughter and I said so long to quite a bit the day before we started pre-op diet but honestly I think my head is on straight finally because I got NO satisfaction out of it plus it wasn't a need to say bye more like see u sometime down the road if I choose to just much less of u lol. I'm so excited about food not controlling me and my life.
  22. Ur a rockstar that's for posting.
