Hi Sandy,I'm brand new at this forum thing but an old sole with the #2 issue! I've had IBS for years and 2 weeks after my sleeve felt all the fun to the extreme. I used to live by Movicol regularly but because the built up gases in the clogged bowels (TMI) seem to increase the indigestion I couldn't take it! I found sipping hot Water (tea if its easier) while walking around seems to help a lot. It goes straight through within minutes. Also when nothing seems to help you can pick up home-enemas at the local chemist. It sounds awful but really isn't difficult and gives you painless relief in 30mins. It also helps remove the excess gasses. I definitely wouldn't recommend it commonly but for severe pain & 5+ days it's better than a trip to the ER.Thanks to everyone on here posting I had my surgery Dec 18th and struggling so really good to have people with the same experiences/concerns to help!Amy
