Pizza
I found a recipe to make califlower pizza on internet, so I decided to try it today, it came out great and I added all the ingredients to my fitness pal which came out to 280 cal, 18 grams carbs, 23 grams protein for the whole pie, I was only about to eat 1/4 of it. Next time I'm gonna try it with different topping like buffalo chick with low fat blue cheese. Here is the recipe: http://www.fitsugar.com/Low-Carb-Cauliflower-Crust-Pizza-Recipe-30739512.

How can I not loose weight.
Don't get discouraged, everybody loses weight different, I'm about 11 weeks out and according to my dr's plan I should be eating around 800 calories a day with 60-80 grams protein and at least 64oz of water. I also try to get some type of light exercise everyday either at the gym or around the house. I know my wife's weight goes up and down especially if it's around that time of the month for her.

Eating out
I'm about 11weeks post op and feeling great, been out to eat a couple times but usually just got soup. Yesterday went to Applebee's with the family and my youngest was looking at the children's menu and said hey dad they have a 4oz steak that would be perfect for you and it comes with mozzarella sticks, which we could share if you want. we all started laughing then after thinking about it I was like that's actually a good idea so I went ahead and ordered it, you could choose from a bunch of different sides but since I knew the steak would be plenty so I got the mozzarella sticks for the boys. let me tell you that steak was the perfect size for me and the price was great, which was around $6, will defiantly be ordering this again.

Pureed Question
It's pretty simple I use the chicken in a can, light Helmans mayo and spicy brown mustard. The canned chicken breaks up realy fine so it was easy on the stomach.

Pureed Question
I also forgot to add to the list of puréed foods tuna and chicken salad.

I started the puréed stage 10 days out, scrambled eggs, refried beans, yogurts, chili and soups. I'm a little over a month out and still dropping, making sure I get my proteins and water in

Can you get a dump feeling with a sleeve? Nausea after eating?
My dr told me that the dumping syndrome is more common with bypass patients, but you can get it with the sleeve especially early on during the liquid and purée stage. I'm very new at this, just about 4 weeks out and had been very lucky, the only time I felt sick was when I accidentally ate one bite to much and it felt like it came out faster then it when down, but my upper stomach / chest felt like a truck parked on it.

Got a new job...
I'm just over 4 weeks out, dr said most recovery time is 3weeks but because of occupation as a cop he had me out for 4 weeks

Guy's any regrets?
I'm only 5 weeks and prior to surgery I felt the same way, but like the others I feel better everyday. When I'm out to dinner with the family I stick to broth based Soups or broiled fish for now.

Dinner
Tried to do a fancy dinner tonight to change things up alittle 4oz flounder, couple broccoli florets and half of a small potatoe baked in the oven with lemon juice salt and pepper, according to my fitness pal this totaled 156 calories, 8 grams carbs, 6 grams fat and 18 grams protein. The only problem was being only 3 weeks post op once I finished the flounder I was done. I guess my eyes are bigger then my stomach, literally.

Anyone else addicted to food network?
Since I've been off of work I became addicted to "diner, drive ins and dives" and chopped, doesn't really make me hungry I just find all the crazy ingredients interesting and try to incorporate them in some of the foods I can eat to spice things up a little bit.

She didn't recognize the old me
Wow that's awesome, congratulations

How can I support my Awesome husband?
That's so awesome how supportive you are, keep going with the encouragement and stay positive, as others have said stalls are common, I think the scale is only part of it, the other part is how you feel and how much better clothes fit. Losing 55lbs is nothing to sneeze at.
