  1. I'm 9 weeks out also and wish I had more restriction. Eating out usually is better. I get fuller and stay that way longer. At home sometimes I feel like a bottomless pit.

This weekend I went out for dinner and drinks. drinks really add up the calories and three days later I'm still working off the gain. I was .6 away from fifty lost and gained three pounds. I'm sure a lot of it was salt and not enough Water but geez!!

I'm back on the horse too. Sipping my Protein shake as I type this.

  2. Good luck!! You can do this. In a couple weeks you'll be able to turn down any candy cause it's not worth the space in your sleeve. I also understand temptation at work. We bake fresh Cookies for our patients and Peanut Butter cookies are my weakness. I'm glad to say I haven't had a cookie since the second of December!! My coworkers know about my surgery and still would offer me candy and treats. Some people just don't get it.

  3. I started at 320 and was 313 day of surgery. I'm 9 weeks outs and fighting for the last 2 pounds to get me to a 50 pound loss. Sitting at 272.8. So frustrating to bounce back and forth a couple pounds instead of going down steadily. I know eventually it will come off but I was hoping to be in the 260's by now. 270 is where my body always seems to plateau when I try to lose weight.
