Each day into my preop was a goal met and now I feel strong because I take it one day at a time and u would hate to feel th at I did it for bothing if I failed on my diet. GOOD LUCK! YOU CAN DO THIS.

  2. Day 4 of preip kept busy for most of the day but to come home to my sister in law cooking a ton of great smelling mexican clear into the night I filled myself up on a Protein Shake and Jello then went to visit them since tgey showed uo unexpectedly. It was ok I had to change my thinking a couple times to make it through without wanting to hurt my husband lol. Starting day 5 of 14 and going to my oldest daughters volleyball tournament. Good Luck to All Today!

  3. 2cute2bbig- in the beginjing my insurance said all I had to do was pass three drug screen over a six minth period then after I completed that they sid I needed to lose weight so I did that they still denied me I filed an appeal and they said I need to do a 6 month supervised diet with my doctor and after almost three months I got a job that had a training out of town and couldn't get to the doctor so after a 3 month training I had to start my 6 months over again. After completing the 6 months I went back to my surgeon and they refiled with my insurance and it took a month before I got an approval now because of the holiday and the required class it has put me out to the 14th of january.

  4. I haven't had my surgery yet but my 2wk diet start January 1st 2014 and my mom bought me a waffle maker but my 13yr old happened to know what she bought and had a wonderful educational talk with her grandmother and instead she got me the bullet mixer. My husband bought exactly what I wanted which was a scale and I got a heating pad. All wonderful supportive gifts I hope they are just as supportive after then surgery.
