  3. I had to do a 4 month medically supervised weight loss program. I did: December 2014, January 2015, February 2015 and March 2015. It goes by quick especially while you have to get all the other prerequisites done.
  4. So far, I haven't gotten the bill but I heard 80/20. We shall see. I hope its not crazy.

This is what I had to do: Mandatory for All Patients Cardiac Clearance Pulmonary Clearance Mental Health Clearance Dietary Evaluation sleep Study Endoscopy Endocrine Consult Required Insurance Required 2 Year Weight History (Required for all Aetna Patients) 4 month weight loss program Required by Surgeon CPAP titration results Endocrine Labs Only Required (TSH, HgbA1C) Gallbladder Ultrasound Required If you have any questions, please reach out to me. I'm in the process myself... this is what I have to do: Cardiologist Clearance Pulmonary Clearance Endocrinologist Clearance Psych Clearance See a nutritionist sleep Study 2 year weight history 4 month supervised weight loss I'm almost there... I have the nutritionist tonight, the cardio and pulmonary appt on Saturday. I also have to re-do my sleep study because they need to get Sleep Titration results. Hoping to get my sleee in March!!   13. I'm starting a two week liquid diet tomorrow that will last me up until my first weigh in. I'm nervous too about being around all the food and not having it. Food smell is probably the toughest for me. I have a strong sense of smell. But, we can do this... one step at a time. Good luck!!!
  14. My surgery has been cancelled. My doctor doesn't accept my insurance. He does with everything else but bariatrics. Crushed.
  15. February 3rd!! Only 5 short weeks away and life changes forever! Sweet! Well, as long as my diverticulitis doesn't act up, I'll be getting the VSG! If it acts up, diverticulitis surgery first! Fingers crossed!!
