When I read I your comment I felt a "calm" come over me....no, we don't HAVE to have plastic surgery when we hit our goal, only if we WANT to have it....thanks, Alexra.

I just found a new yogurt that tastes like your eating cream pie (without the crust, of course!!)....OMG, it is so good.

It's new and it's by Yoplait. It's called Light, Thick and Creamy. Only 100 calories and no fat. I just ate the Peaches' N Cream....YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY.

Thanks, Paula....you know sometimes I have to sit back and realize that, in fact, I have lost 67 pounds in a 7 months!!! I get anxious sometimes and start to freak.

I get pissed too when my mother says to me, "well, you have been eating more and not making the best choices....I have noticed this"....OMG, I am nearly 50 years old and I feel like a child when she says that kind of stuff to me. I think I feel like a child when she says it because I HEARD it as a child ALL THE TIME. Wow, that's the first time I actually said that out loud...if you know what I mean?! I feel better already!!!!!!!!!!

O.K., I just checked my March progress.....only one stinkin' pound lost:angry ....not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called for a fill tomorrow morning. Hopefully I will get some nice restriction and then I am kicking ass...summer is drawing near and I want to have some fun.

I was 38 when I had my first and only (by choice) child.....I would suggest that everyone wait until they are in their 30's to get married and have children!!!
