you do look good and it is good to know it can take up to 2 years for your skin to shrink. I have lost 45lb in 5 months and I am starting to get the hanging skin at the upper arms. I hope it will shrink, but if not it is ok. I was at my GP today and he hadn't seen me in 3 months and he was really impressed with my weight lose. Made me feel good. Thanks again for your pictures.

My surgan was Lawrence Drahota, and the surgery was done at Blue Valley Hospital in Overland Park Kansas. I was pleased with the care I received and with Dr. Drahota who was very good to explain all the risks and outcomes of the surgery to me prior to my surgery. I would recomend him and his hospital to anyone in this area thinking of having surgery. I live on the Missouri side of Kansas City

This has been a long winter. I am glad the weather is getting warmer. I hope I can get motivated to get back to walking. I have just had my 1 year anniversary and have lost 38 lbs this past year. I still have more to get off, but am happy with this weight loss so far. I want to keep on getting on the right track for the rest of my life.
