hey carol so far so good Im sore lots aof gas but th epain is not so bad Im on day four now eating soup that went through th eblender and have lots of juice you will be very thirsty afterwards. I got the speical K water a little yucky but I have to learn new tatste take whatever pain meds they give you it will make it better helps and walk around the house it helps relese the gas bubles
