In a rut
I am almost 5 months post op and have done very well but have been in a rut for the past two weeks playing with the same two pounds. I am not in a "stall", I am in a "rut". Because of muscle spasms from Fibromyalgia, I have been unable to ride my bike for a couple of weeks and taking Tylenol for them just does not cut it. If I try and over do, then I am incapacitated for several days. I know that if I could get the exercise on, the results would be there. I am depressed and have always said a "rut is just a grave with both ends kicked out!". I am drinking plenty of water, it is HOT in the desert and I am getting my protein, maybe I just have to ride this out......until my body says I can exercise again. I have not been sedentary, quite the contrary, I just cannot do my heavy exercising......................

ONE pound from "onderland!"
Friday is my weigh day, yesterday was my four months since surgery. Last week was the first time the scale did not move but I knew the problem so I got back on the Airdyne and this mornings wt loss was 5 lbs! That totals me a 70 lb loss (51 inches) in four months and only one lb from "onderland". I feel wonderful!!!

Major Munchies
I eat some fresh fruit but it has no protein. I still get about 80 gr protein in every day. I have a 20 oz cup I drink my water out of. Yesterday when I had the munchies I must have refilled it 7-8 times

My plastics before and afters
I cannot get the picture to where it shows it all, were you afraid to go to Mexico? Where did you go? My husband, a retired cop, won't even let me go to Mexico for vacation, but I may have to do so to get these arms done when I reach goal.

Sale
Starting June 26 and running through July 20th, Sams Club offers an instant $4.00 off for a 12 pk of Premier Protein Drinks and also on the bars. Another good protein source I got from Amazon. It is powder and called UMP and I get Cookies & Cream flavor. One scoop has 130 calories, 21 gr protein and only 1 gr sugar. I love it.
