Sleep Apnea is a life threatening thing.I have had a machine for a few years and until I found the mask called "GoLife for Women" I hated it. This mask is awesome, just has nose pillows. I wear it and sleep 8 or 9 hrs a night. With enough wt loss I am hoping to someday not need the machine anymore but for now you better believe I USE it

I posted this somewhere else. I have enough high $$ products to start my own store, but I discovered at Target (via Dr Oz) the Boots No7 products. They have a high intensity serum that is usually on sale for under $20.00 reg 24.97. I love it and the cleansing, also day and night cream. THE best I have even used, better than all the high $$ stuff I have. Don't live near a Target. Go to Target.com and order, if you get their CC, you get 5% off and free shipping

I feel good. It took me about 10 days to feel okay again. I had a lot of gas and bloating and did not take anything for it. Once that left, I just had some fatigue....of course I feel like I lost 100 lbs already LOL. I have followed my very cautious /strict doctor to a tee except have had a hard time working up to exercise because of back issues and being mostly sedentary for a year but I am getting there. (Spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia). Forgot to say I can cross my legs again!!!

I have the perfect solution for you. I had heard about this product on Dr Oz. Now please know that I could start my own beauty supply of used $$$$ products. But then I learned about a product from Target called Boots No7. I use the Protect & Perfect Protection & Perfection intense serum, the day and night cream and the cleanser. Their prices are awesome, the serum was on sale online for under $20.00. I don't live near a Target so I went online. If you get a CC of Targets you get free shipping and 5% off, if not, pay the shipping, it's worth it. Love this product. My skin has never been so happy....

I was looking at Protein bars the other day but opted out because of fear. I am just now adding soft veg and fruit to my diet, per my Doctors plan, and I am just afraid of messing up....

Thank you. Pretty sure it was. I'm just getting so frustrated at being so thirsty. You know, I don't mind the constant thirst. I figure it reminds me to drink my water

Insurance says surgery is "excluded". Options now?
shmily replied to sunshine1531's topic in Insurance & Financing
I can only tell you that my hospital bill was about $86,000. I have insurance that covered it. You go to the consult, self pay is always cheaper -
I wasn't nervous at all, even as I was being prepped for surgery. I don't know why... Best of blessings

How did you go about telling your family/employer/co-workers...
shmily replied to m_rose's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I just didn't. I did not want to hear everyone's opinion. I told my kids and discussed it with my husband, that's it... -
Me too, BP and diabetic as well as cholesterol meds, simple amazing.....

I had surgery Feb 26 and have lost 34 lbs. But I was told that week three is when it slows down, HOWEVER, you should, I think, lose something in 3 weeks. For one thing, you need at least 75 oz. of water. How is your exercise? Put away the scale and stop obsessing, we all get addicted to when we lose something every day. I am going to weigh once a week now.....try increasing your movement and you water and if you don't see any results in a week, you should , I think, ask for a nutritional.. good luck and don't give up!!
