I agree what you put in you get out!! I'm down 147 pounds in 7 months!! I work out sometimes I eat things I shouldn't but I move forward never best myself up!! This isn't a diet it's a lifestyle!! Just stay focused n know you get what you put in!!

Down 142 pounds since surgery dec 2013!! So happy!!! 62 pounds until personal goal weight!!! 94 pounds until Dr's goal weight!!! Was at a stall for about 2 weeks off and on!! Last week down 12 pounds!! I work out 3 times a week for 2 hrs!! Doing a bootcamp and just trying to stay away from sweets my downfall!!! Went from a size 30/32 to a size 18/20 ( I'm very tall ).. Just overall happy!! Thanking god everyday I have had no set backs or illnesses from surgery

Was at a stall for a few dropped 12 pounds last week thanks to a bootcamp I signed up for!! So excited!!! 62 pounds from my personal goal weight!!! 97 pounds from doctors goal weight!!! Hopefully I can do this in 6 more months

Start weigh 454 surgery weight 438 current weight 315 down 139 in 7 months!! Just rock your sleeve don't let it control you!! This isn't a diet don't think your on your on a diet for the rest of your life!! Take one day at a time plan your meals!! If u eat something u know u shouldn't don't beat urself up a bite won't kill you don't feel your a failure Because ur not! That's only my opinion and my advise people please don't attack me lol
