  1. I notice that must sleeves are in the high 200's but is there anyone who started higher. My weight day off was 362 give or take a pound....my doctor told me the most common procedure for my weight was the bypass but the long term results are very much the same. Im 5'7" but I definitely strated off way bigger than some posts I see...just curious to know I'd I'm alone lol Dstined4gr8tnes

    I started 454 down 148 pounds in 7

    Months and still losing lost 61 percent of my access weight!!! It's all about whst you put in weight loss slowed n I can eat more but I'm still restricted n working at it! My doctor NEVER suggested the bypass at all


  2. My Doctor said the average patient will lose 60 - 70% of their excess weight. At seven mos. I've almost lost 70% and am still losing. I do think hard work and dedication plays a big part, but people's bodies are all different.

    Yes for the the same I have lost 70 percent of my access weight and 58 pounds from goal to getting to my goal weight the doctor gave me


  3. I recently had a consult with my doctor. He told the the amount of weight he could help me lose. Is that number realistic even though its an estimate based on BMI or can you actually lose more? I "read" total amount lost is dependent on many variables.

    I agree what you put in you get out!! I'm down 147 pounds in 7 months!! I work out sometimes I eat things I shouldn't but I move forward never best myself up!! This isn't a diet it's a lifestyle!! Just stay focused n know you get what you put in!!


  4. You are rocking it girl! You look amazing. How do you stay motivated to work out so much? I can't seem to get into a groove and I keep skipping workouts :/

    My trainer forcing me!!! Lol !!! You have to workout to tone n lose weight!! I take expensive bootcamp so that's a motivation I don't wNt to lose my money!!! Today I feel like I'm doing great most days some days I feel like I'm behind!!

    I work out three days a week for 2 hrs then I do while home sitting on my couch arm exercises with weights while I'm watching tv etc!! Then I do 5 sets of sit ups n planks!!

    Just take one day at a time I don't beat myself up if I eat something crazy!! Don't set unrealistic goals do what works for you!! To think u will NEVER try and see if you can eat pizza is a lie lol!! You will do great best thing ever


  6. Down 142 pounds since surgery dec 2013!! So happy!!! 62 pounds until personal goal weight!!! 94 pounds until Dr's goal weight!!! Was at a stall for about 2 weeks off and on!! Last week down 12 pounds!! I work out 3 times a week for 2 hrs!! Doing a bootcamp and just trying to stay away from sweets my downfall!!! Went from a size 30/32 to a size 18/20 ( I'm very tall ).. Just overall happy!! Thanking god everyday I have had no set backs or illnesses from surgery SW 438 HW 454 CW 312
