    Most Insane work out ever!

    I am 2 month and a few weeks out!!! Today was my first day 2 hrs!!! I'm planning on doing 2 -3 days a week!!! Down 70 pounds

  4. Sometimes you just aren't grateful for how at you may have come and you slip into depression moments!!! I found myself there this past week bc I felt I was eating to much and didn't loose enough in 3 months!!! Total lost about 65 pounds! My hubby Made this pic for me to make me realize and appreciate how far I have come!!! I still have a LONG way to go but I appreciate it all!!! Please excuse my wake up look lol!!!

    Yes thanks for the hugs!!! I'm sure I'm doing fine just my head is getting to me!!! I have been doing so good until this week!!! This was a tough week for personal reasons!!! I'm gonna stick to the plan!!! Congrats on ur weightloss I have to be grateful without this tool would I have lost 65 pounds nope

    I'm in the closet also only about 10 people know. I only have whole wheat low carb wraps mostly!!! I'm happy just my mind is getting to me a lot if crap is in my head!!! Congrats on ur weight loss

    I'm happy with the 65 pounds I'm just nervous I'm falling into bad habits bc my sleeve can handle so much more!!! Mentally it sucks to not be able to eat anything for 2 months and then you wake up and ur able to eat half a turkey and egg white wrap!!! I guess I just have to stay positive a lot has happened to me these last fee weeks and I'm just feeling down n out

    When you guys have a urge for candy do you eat sugar free candy? What do you do? I know hot chocolate but not feeling my craving!!! My hormones are all jacked up!! How do you survive the times when in your head all u want to do is eat what do you do?

    I'm having a hard time these last two weeks!! I have loss like 63 pounds surgery dec 10 and I'm starting to be able to eat more!!! I do have at a but not to many like a whole what low carb wrap half of it and maybe some rice but nothing to be worried about!!! It scares me bc I went from not eating not being hungry to now I have hunger pains if I don't eat or I get sick!!! Lost 63 pounds and I still wear te same size it's disheartening and you try to stay focus but it's hard!!! Just my mind killing me right now my hormones are whacked right now

    Yes!!! Sunflower seeds are actually a good food!!! The carbs I eat aren't bad just I'm nervous about them leading to other carbs!! I found a food plan and they actually have carbs on there!!! I'm sure it's not a big deal!!! I haven't been to the doc in a month go back this week!!! I'm probably freaking out for no reason lol since I started this journey I have loss around 62 pounds since dec 10!!! I have to be great full

    You didn't fuck up your just falling back into bad habits!!! Use your tools if your therapist isn't working find a new one!! Don forget the 2 month struggle I am only 3 months post op and I find myself even adding carbs it's a mindset get your mind right and your body will follow!! Get the she devil out of ur head telling u to eat and do these things!! You can do it!! Hopefully no one bashes you on here bc I find this forum sometimes to be a bit crude and non helpful!! Take one day at a time get a journal and keep track!! Use my fitness pal!! Talk to your mom!! Do easy prepared meals that u will be able to cook even though u say you can't. Bakes fish and baked sweet potato easy 16 min meal!!! Baked chicken these foods take no knowledge of cooking!! Don't give up and say strong!!!

    Thanks so much!!! Yes everyone can take different things!!! I eat lots of fruit also usually is my snack!! I get my protein through meats and cheese and fish!!! It's works out I'm just having a rough few weeks and have to get my mind body and soul back into the game

    Yeah but it doesn't seem like a lot when I just started eating!! Living off of 400 t0 800 cals a day u think u should loose more

    I know but numbers drive us!!! It's hard not to focus on numbers!!! Do you eat any carbs I also found a meal plan an they actually have the carbs I have been eating made me feel better about having carbs

    See that's the thing I find myself having carbs now with every meal!! Only rice and whole wheat low carb wrap but it's still carbs!!! Ughh getting nervous I'm able to eat more!!! I never over eat which is a plus as soon as I start to feel full I stop!!! Also lately I find myself snacking on sunflower seeds !!! I guess I just have to get back on track!! Not to mention personal issues from the beginning of surgery which has set me off for the past 3 weeks!!! It's all over now so hopefully I get back on track and not fall ino bad habits
