I started 454 down 76 pounds 378 my surgery was dec 10 3 months out today and beat decision! I actually went in wanted the bypass an my doctor said the sleeve!! He informed me that gastric has a lot of vitamins defects as the sleeve u still get all the nutrients!!! Best decision ever had a easy recovery and I have been kicking ass since -
Down 75 pounds since pre op diet!!! Down 56 pounds since dec 10 surgery date!!! Yay go me

I would say go to the doc for pregnancy test!!! I was two weeks pregnant when I had my surgery and it undetected!! So at 5 6 weeks after surgery I was really sick could tolerate anything and that when I found out I was 9 weeks pregnant with a fetus that was ill and didn't make it!! Please go get checked by ur doctor to see if u r pregnant -
My first cardio session since surgery and omg that was hard!! Feeling good and motivated!!! Hope everyone is getting there blood going!!!! How many times a week do you exercise.

Yes I have an appt coming up!!! It's seen! Everyone cSb tell a huge difference but I'm saying my clothes still fit I'm sure it's bc they were tight before!!! Everyone is different I'm 6 feet starting really big lol -

Honestly I haven't spoke to my doc since surgery!!! When I go I see a PA and she tells me everyone is different!!! My clothes fit different but I can still wear them without problems!!! I'm not to happy with my doc office honestly I feel like a number not a patient they care about -

Your doctor actually clears you when you are ready it depend on your incisions! How your tolerating foods etc!!! -

I know but it true!!! What I'm thinking is my clothes were right before and now they are extra loose so maybe I was really in a larger size before but for me to loose 70 pounds and there's a huge difference physically my clothes have not changed much they are just more comfortable -

Yes!!! How about you!! But honestly the scale says 70 pounds but my clothes still sat 26/28 I haven't gone down one size yet!!! -
