I exercise 7 days a week pretty much and I find that it is helping, I use Vitamin E cream a lot too. Just wondering if would eventually get better and start adapting more

I was 320 in May and now I'm 190. I find I have some loose skin around my stomach. Will that ever naturally tighten up from working out? And what about stretch marks? Can they go away naturally ??
Any advise would be great

From Montreal to Mexico to get sleeved. Great experience !! Was a little worried with the horror stories you hear about Mexico but it wasn't bad, except the driving. Biggest shock was that I went past Canadian customs AND San Diego airport AND Mexico border with a bag of white Protein Powder. I should have brought something else and made some cash! Haha

I'm only 4.5 weeks out and I'm already scared of this! Some days (or foods) I seem to be able to eat more and some days it seems like a lot less. I feel full quickly (maybe 3 oz or so) but I get hungry often, every two hours or so. Thanks for posting, maybe I can save myself some worry around the 6 month mark
I truly believe in mental hunger and real hunger. Ever since I've had this operation , I find my mind plays tricks on me. Now whenever I'm hungry and don't want to eat, I hVe Water. Usually fills me up. Or I hit the gym. Haha

You are doing great! Look at that weight loss! <br> I'm jelly! Your lucky I gave to the straight dope instead of scaring the poop out of you
Ya I know. I've lost 130 pounds in 7 months. I feel great and I'm working hard. The hardest part is fixing my wardrobe I still always grab bigger sizes and can't get used to it

Thanks a lotI'm so afraid of expanding my stomach.. But is it normal that expands a bit? I mean it's only normal right ? My food tolerance in 7 months has gone up. I don't over do it at all. I've lost 130 in 7 months and hope to keep going. Anyone have any info they could share or of anyone had the same fears ..? How wouldi know if something is going wrong ?
Don't be scared! It's completely normal at about the sixth month mark or so for the stomach to relax a bit.. It just part of the normal healing process (yes it's been healing this whole time)
Just keep doing what you're doing and eat until satisfied but not over stuff and you will do great
