  1. I just learned of this thread, so I need to catch up! Here are my goals:

30 minutes a day on the stairmaster six days a week and resistance workout an hour a day six days a week.

That's alot of working out. Nice goals.

I had a nice 7.5 mile run today putting me up to 30.8 MTD. And I added a pawltry 20 lunges to my total..bringing that to 140.

I'm barely on pace to reach my running goal. Way ahead of pace to reach my swimming goal...I may shoot for 10,000 meters....but I'm way behind on my lunges goal. I'm telling you, those lunges suck. They are cruel and unusual punishment.

I'm almost on pace to reach my running

Butterthebean you appear to be doing well with your goals! :-) I have to get back motivated! :(

  3. It's been a great journey thus far - six 1/2 months after my gastric bypass on May 14. I'm not going to say it's all been easy. Recently I've been through a bump in the road having a bowel obstruction and removal of my gallbladder, but I'm getting stronger each day. I will be running again in no time!! Today I've reached the 100 lb loss and I wanted to share this great news with all of you! I'm so excited. Thank you all for your guidance and support. Love you all. <3

    Congratulations...you look awesome! :-)

  4. Was just wondering if anyone else has fallen in love with zumba. Im 120lbs down since my RNY. I started zumba- self conscious- standing in the back. I've fallen in love. Its my one hour to forget life and just dance. My goal is to become a zumba certified instructor in 2014. If you have t tried it- I highly recommend it. Hopefully you'll love it and fall in love with this exercise as much as I have!

  5. Hello everyone, my name is Twyla and I'm new to this site. My challenge for this month is to get my 89oz of Water in a day, work on toning at least twice weekly, and plank challenge. The water is probably going to be the hardest. I accept all support! :)

Hi Twyla. Welcome to the craziness.

    Thanks! :) so excited
