HELP I'M STARVING!
Lol lol I had those days, and I have them now being a few months post op. Just different frustration now! Now I'm frustrated because my pouch likes something one day but doesn't the next. Eating has just become a pain in the ass, if I didn't have to do it anymore, I wouldn't. (Never thought I'd say that). You can do it, I believe in you and it will all be worth it. Keep your eye on the prize (you).

My sister....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I keep getting those comments too and it is really beginning to piss me off. My "best friend" said she would rather be fat than have loose skin. Another woman who was eavesdropping on a conversation I was having with my fiancé, a complete stranger... Said, "you better start saving to get all your extra skin removed." I'm sure if I had a sister and she said that, it may sting a little more than a complete stranger. Either way it is so unpleasant and degrading to hear. For what it's worth I think you are beautiful! Try not to let the haters get to you!

HELP I'M STARVING!
I chose to do it 5 months (1200 cal/ low carb) then my pre op diet was a two week liquid. So thankful I did it for 5 months, in those 5 months I lost 55 lbs and I believe it made the transition to my post op easier! You can do it! It's all in your head!

PB2
I was in no way arguing, if you take posting facts as arguing with you, well then I'm sorry you feel that way. I think it's important for people to be educated that not all fats are bad and though sat fats are not heart healthy, some of the other fat counterparts in the same item outweigh the bad. Like you said anything in moderation.

All natural vitamins?
I take the adora chewable calcium disks. I belie yet fit your requirements kind of on the more spendy side but worth it for me. I save in other places .

What do you miss most after Weight Loss Surgery?
I don't blame you, you can only smash your face on the keyboard through SoO so many times. The lack of current content often has me sitting wondering what to do and I don't feel like gearing up another character! I tried getting into diablo but that has a serious lack of end game content and I really just couldn't get into it.

Cellulitis
Cellulitis covers a huge area of skin conditions. They use it so freely. Thats what I have when I have a rash, that what I had when I had a piece of glass stuck in my knee, that's what they told me I had when I had an ingrown hair. Did it seem something more like a boil? From the sounds of it, that was my first idea.

Yeah I'm not worried about the fat, fat doesn't make you fat... Carbs do. I'll take my peanut butter
-
PB2
I bought some and used it in a shake recipe. Hated it, and I figured I I didn't like it in a shake I am not going to like it mixed with water on my apple.... So it sits, gathering dust. I will gladly cut calories elsewhere to enjoy real peanut butter lol.

What do you miss most after Weight Loss Surgery?
This made me giggle, not because you suffered and had to deal with all those things as I can relate. But because I could relate to playing video games until 2am and eating. I was wondering if there were any other munchies/gamers amongst the boards. Don't get me wrong in the evening I do still stay up and play video games until 2am >.> I just don't eat now! I don't even think about food when I play. Liberating! For the horde!

Changing how I consume my protein
I love chobani but since surgery I cannot have any yogurt. Not even the light and fit stuff.. It makes me dump.

300 calories a day?!
I was right about 300-350 12 days post op too. I remember because I had the same wtf moment. Lol

Changing how I consume my protein
My nut and surgeon both gave me the same information as you provided. They don't want us supplementing with shakes at all either. They want all my protein coming from whole foods and eating 6-7 times a day which obviously varies from most other plans I have seen here. But it's working for me.

Post Op March 2014
I mean those are fantastic losses! I think some of us forget how hard it was and how much slower it was losing weight pre op. How many other times in your life have you lost 20lbs in a month and kept it off? Celebrate your success you are doing wonderful.
