Your down 70 pounds after only 2 months?

My original date was 1/27/13, need another visit with my doc. I was first told to lose 5 pounds then 10. Im 1 pound away & keep going up & down ughhh. I made the cabbage Soup diet, then put it in my ninja. Didnt like chewing it but it taste great as a liquid soup. Its extra spicy from to much red pepper flakes (mistake) but it taste awesome. I also take ducolax at night when I cave into a craving. Im so close to surgery date and im falling a part today. Im PMSing big time (had a snicker, honeybee & hot chips last night) lol, 3 days cold turkey (want a smoke bad) & I also want a damn drink for some reason & it's not even Friday.

Praying for a speedy recovery.

Just left NY on a 8 day cruise. I just had a nice healthy salad lol. People eating like its their last meal lol. Not trying to get my surgery date 1/27/14 pushed back. I will be watching what I eat. Everyone have a Happy New Year. ..

Yesss that's why we are here lol. I was told no Protein Shakes only clear liquids. I will look for those brother. Thanks so much.

Congratulations. ..my surgery is 1/27/14. I haven't heard of a pre op diet. I only heard of the 3 day liquid diet.

Did the lapband not work for you. I'm hearing that a lot. How long did you have the lapband?

My surgery is 1/27/14, not looking forward to the 3 day liquid diet. How do I get through this part without appetite suppressants lol.

I was told by my doc that I have to stop & not smoke for about 30 dats after surgery. If I can stop for 30, I should be able to stop for good. Good luck to you.
