I dont consider myself in a stall. I lost 25lbs in 3 weeks. I have since lost 5 lbs since surgery on Nov 19th. Our bodies are in starvation mode, they think its dying. Until ur body realizes in fact its not dying, the weight drop. Plus, 30lbs is alot to lose in 1 month. It has to even out somehow. We must be patient, after all, we didnt get fat over night, we wont get skinny over night either. Just my thoughts....

I can concentrate, i am just in a fog, like things arent real. Its a scary feeling and causes me alot of anxiety. It gets better once ive eaten or had a Protein Shake, but sometimes i wonder if it will ever go away....
