70 down. Wanna say it's been great seeing everyone's losses. Keep pushing. Wife asked what I wanted for V-day I said a gym membership for ourselves because this weather has put off our exercise so much. So starting Friday gym day everyday. So proud of wife she's a November Sleevers she hit 90 pounds today

Just got back from NUT vist. Extended my disability another month doesn't want me lifting anything yet...

I am also claustrophobic but ended up getting some Ativan to calm me down enough to sleep with it. As of now almost a week post op I'm not using it, no snoring.

Well was sleeved on 12/18 no pain meds needed gas pains are the worse. Today completed a 1.05 mile walk after doing 2.06 miles yesterday (raining today). Still struggling with liquid/protein consumption. Only meds I am using gasx strips and a Prevacid at night. Keep fighting my friends...

<p>Thanks for the tips! I actually just sent my husband out to get me some gasX strips just in case I might need them. I have to be at the hospital at 10:45 am and my surgery will be around 12: 45 pm. I'm trying to do everything I need to do now, before tomorrow. I have already made a bunch of meals for my husband and daughter so they don't go without while I'm not here, plus extra meals for when I get out of the hospital so I don't have to prepare and cook meals for them. Overhauled my kitchen and cleaned it all out so there aren't any tempting foods in this house. Got all the Christmas gifts all wrapped so I don't have to worry about doing that after surgery when I may be too weak to do that. Now I shall focus on myself and prepare for tomorrow's surgery.

My goal is at 180 got about 50 pounds to go...
