I had 2 days of loose stuff and lots of peeing and then back to normal. Today is day #7 and I've lost 11.6 pounds.
WOW that's great I hope it's gets better for me. I haven't weighted myself yet so I don't know where I stand until I go to the hospital to get weighed.

Hey SoPeachy28. Its nice to know someone else is feeling the same way. The gas and rolling bowels have not been fun. I call my doctors office today and they advise me I could try to add some Fiber to to my Protein Drinks but only half of the directed amount. Or Try Gas-X. The diarrhea has gotten better thank goodness. I hope it gets easier as the days pass because this is uncomfortable. Also I'm so glad i found this forum. It's nice to know others are walking the same steps and all of you guys are great with advice. Thanks everybodyI am so bloated and gassy too! I feel yucky!
Hi everyone. I started my two week pre-op diet yesterday and I'm having trouble with gas, bloating, and diarrhea. My surgery is scheduled for 12-18 and I'm really trying to follow this diet, but this is very uncomfortable. Anyone else having issues?

I had the runs on day 2 (and peed every hour for the first 2 days) but I've been fine since. You could have a whey intolerance.

Yes, the thought cross my mind but Ive never had a problem with milk or cheese. And I love them both. Today I added 2 oz of cheese and my stomach felt better. Hope I can get over this as I'm already so nervous about this surgery. I might try adding Fiber to one of my Protein drinks.

Hi, my date for the sleeve is for Dec. 18th. I start my pre-op diet Wednesday. Getting a little nervous. Hope I can stick with the diet. Want to be in the best shape I can be for surgery. I'm 57 and have a BMI OF 43. My doctor is K. Robert Williams at The New Life Center in Knoxville, Tn.
