Thank you for liking my pictures I still have a hard time accepting how I look, but like anything it takes liking yourself!

Going into my surgery I weighed 210. I currently weigh 126, that's up 5lbs in one week! Which is what brought me here today!

I was very proud of my success! The weight just melted off me! Yay

But it kept coming off to a point that it's to much.

Well over the last few months I have been so addicted to Cookies and in this last week I gained 5lbs in one week, this is welcomed weight but to much for a week. I don't want it to keep going that fast! So of course the answer is stop the cookies. lol but I do need to replace that desired flavor that I'm requiring!

Also, my hair has been falling out!!

I guess I'm just looking for suggestions from someone who perhaps has gone through any of this IF any of this is making sense!

I had my surgery November 8 and I do that, it's horrible I thought I was the only person. I call my doc and he says with my weight loss being where it is I'm fine!!! He did a swallow test and said it was normal, that is where you swallow a liquid (of which I have no problem with) I am at a loss!! The nest step I guess would be a ga doc

Well I was really enjoying all the wonderful and informative information in the beginning of this. It all made me really think if I have been eating wrong. I had my surgery on 11/8/13. No I have not had any pizza but I feel like I snack around because I really do not know what a meal is suppose to be! Could someone please tell me what a meal is??

Sorry I did mean November 8th. I guess I still get confused on what all I should be eating. I do have a problem drinking when I eat. That I do need to work on! If you make a Protein Shake how much of it can you drink? I feel so overwhelmed!!

Had my sleeve done on December 8, 2013. At this point I can barely take 2 or 3 bites of anything without it coming back up. Was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problem??
