I keep trying NOT to think about it. Every. Single. Time. I think about it I EAT. They told me at dr attias office the other day I gained 8 pounds since the last time I went. (Someone told me his scale is 5 pounds high though).. Idk i know I've been eating a lot lately. Stress gorging. Anxiety eating. Ugh.

You guys are so funny. I have no food ornaments but two ornaments one of my sons classmates made for everyone last year out of food I guess... They smell like cinnamon and as soon as I opened the tote my ornaments were in and smelled the cinnamon I made my boyfriend go to Walmart and buy me the Fiber one 90 cal cinnamon coffee cakes oh my god they are sooo good!!

Hey process is going well I have 1 more diatician meeting on the 16th and 1 more group meeting in elmer on the 18th. Then dr attia is promising he will squeeze me in before the 31st when my insurance runs out. I had a nightmare about having huge holes in my belly the other night. I also just read someone's thing about having surgery yesterday and having a hard time breathing.. That gives me anxiety. I don't know why I'm freaking myself out. Have u started the liquid diet yet?

So surgery was yesterday Friday the 13. Surgery went really well he took my lapband out and did the sleeve. I am not using as much pain meds today compared to yesterday. I have been up and walking laps around the floor and even went downstairs to see my children last night. Breathing is a little hard at times but they have me on oxygen. I have not drank anything since Thursday night should get ice chips and Water this morning excited it went will and can't wait to get home.

Have you ever talked to your doctor about all this anxiety? Maybe he would put you on Xanax.

Everyone Body Is Diffrent As We Know .However It Is Possible To Regain Weight Back Some People Tend To Go Back To Old Eating Habits Once They Have Lost Their Desired Amount So Its Really Something To Be Mindful About I Refuse To Go Threw Wls To Onley Regain My Weight Back We Just Got To Always Remember Where We Came From And Remember That Over Eating Made Us Fat In The First Place We All Need To Stay In Constant Rememberance Of That Good Luck

I know once people stretch the sleeve back out and start making bad choices it's back to square one. Which seat were u in near me?

My primary care physician told me not to get the surgery if he were me... He said he has about 5-7 patients all in the same boat right now, all 5 years out and back to same weight before surgery.

What type of wls did those 5-7 people have?

I did not have to diet or lose weight before surgery. Just about to start the pre op liquid diet for 7days. That's my only requirement. Some very overweight people need to lose weight before surgery because it puts them at higher risk for complications.

You will lose weight by just doing the liquid diet and it is gonna shrink ur liver don't cheat! Lol

Hi just wondering does everyone have to loose 10-20 pounds before surgery? My doctor hasn't told me anything yet, and at my second diatician meeting today I went from 295 to 289! 6 pounds! Now since I'm 289 will I still need to loose more?? How much are/were you and how much did you have to loose??
