    Surgery was canceled until tomorrow. I'm very upset about this.

      My surgery was supposed to be on Wednesday but I'm still waiting for authorization, so it had to be cancelled. Looks like I'll be toughing it out on the preop diet for a while longer....:(

    Wishing that I didn't feel like looking in to wls as a copout. I should be able to do this myself, shouldn't I. And, I have, really sucessfully...just haven't been able to maintain it. Smh

      I haven't been able to sustain any weight loss either, in fact after all of my dieting last year I've gained back almost all of the 60 pounds I lost. This is not a cop out, this is lifesaving surgery and will probably be one of the hardest things you will ever do in your life, but you will succeed!! be proud of yourself that you've decided to take control of your life and your health once and for all.
