I started this process in Dec 2006 and it has taken me this long to get the money for self pay, mine is 14,500. I am going to a Center of Excellence and there are not very many of these in the mountains. I still have an 1 1/2 drive but I think it is worth it.

8/4 I weigh 280 and my BMI is 51
