Well, being hungry has nothing to do with why I eat. Actually, I am hardly ever physically hungry. I eat things I shouldn't because I love food...it's makes me feel good. I like the feeling of being full way more than being hungry...empty! There are times when we have more motivation and strength to make the right choices and there are times when we aren't. Tomorrow is a new day, sending positive thoughts and hopes for good choices and a new start!

It happens to everyone. Those dumb Peanut Butter cups!!!! ...they have gotten the best of me too. They are so darn good and addictive. I went to Target and bought some sugar free Peanut Butter cups that taste awful. Whenever I have a craving, I go for the sugar free, yuck. It gets me through it. Today is a new day!

It happens to everyone. Those dumb Peanut Butter cups!!!! ...they have gotten the best of me too. They are so darn good and addictive. I went to Target and bought some sugar free Peanut Butter cups that taste awful. Whenever I have a craving, I go for the sugar free, yuck. It gets me through it. Today is a new day!
