  1. i have 2 weeks till 8/9 for my short term goal of 197. I'm not sure i'm going to make it but i'm down 2 lbs since i set the goal. Something is better than nothing. My weight loss has gotten much slower and fluctuates more too. I'm a bit obsessed with the scale. I'm more concerned with gaining than how much i'm actually loosing. I have discovered it is truly a balancing act, enough protein, water, exercise, sleep, portion control and repeat. If each of these elements isn't working harmoniously in sync you can forget the lbs to come off.
