  1. I am 3 years out. I haven't been posting much in the fitness group lately but I've still been working out 4-5 times a week. I've been going back and forth on deciding if I should post these but I decided to go for it. I still have a bunch of loose skin I will have removed but even with the loose skin I've been able to tighten up quite a bit. <br> I don't do heavy lifting much anymore, although a couple of years ago I trained with a lady that was a body builder. Most of my toning comes full body weight exercises. I do add weights in with the exercises some, too, just not really heavy weights. Once in a while I still do some heavy lifting because I enjoy it. I change up my routine often and I think that's part of what keeps me toned.

    You look awesome

  2. I have a IUD my doc had no problems with it. They only thing is about 3 days after surgery I had a period, which I hand' had in a year. At my one month follow up I told him about it he said it because if hormones being released with fat. He reminded me to just keep walking a mile a day then in two weeks I have no restrictions to exercise.

  3. What flavor do you like? I asked the girl at Vitamin Shoppe which one she recommends, I wanted to try one. She said "none! I think they're all gross!". So that was that. Lol, but I like the fact that they're 40g of Protein. Plus the Fluid intake.

I can tolerate the apple melon, the orange made me want to puke. They aren't the best tasting things but hey they work. Plus I'm sick of the Premier Protein shakes.< /div>
I will have to look for that flavor. The shakes definitely get sickening.
Apple Lemon is my favorite I mixed it with lemon crystal light and added extra Water

  4. I had my staples taken out on Friday and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I started using my elliptical 30 minutes on Saturday and felt pretty good, I will just have to increase my Water intake.

Good Molly. I had my drain removed last Friday. Not going to lie I was a wreck thought it would hurt like a B--/-! But it didn't hurt at all just felt kind of creepy. Lol

I only had a drain for 2 days, how long did you have yours? It felt really weird when they pulled it out and I couldn't believe how long the tubing was.

  5. Good luck tomorrow everyone. I got a anti nausea patch before surgery and it was good for 3 days, and Every time I got pain meds I asked for nausea meds. Didn't get sick or have any other problems other than my O2 saturation levels, but I have been dealing with that for a year or so. Blistex and cold glycerin swabs were great after surgery, due to not being able to drink until the next day after swallow test. It's been 6 days and I haven't taken any pain meds for 3 days. I took Isopure to the hospital with me and mixed it with crystal light it was good. My Dr said he just wants to make sure we stay hydrated. I am also wearing a compression garmet I bought at target to help getting out of bed, I just started wearing it today before I started cleaning the house.
