I had mostly positive people around me. Or at least to my face. The negative comments were mostly from people I could cut out without a thought.

Good luck. Follow the guidelines. If you stray Think it over. See what your weaknesses are and don’t feel like a failure. We all have weaknesses ....recognize....Think and do better. I’m sure most of us dieted, ate something we should not have and gave up. This is a new chance. Don’t give up. Push forward. It’s an amazing life changing feeling. It’s finally a weight loss win. Amazing I promise. I’m still in awe when I see my before and after pictures.

I’m a little over 2 weeks follow up. Not a moment has passed that I regret it!! Maybe in the first two days I would have. They were kinda rough Thanks to Percocet I do not remember much lol. I did get the Exparel shot. I think it help a lot, In conjunction with the Percocet!!

My doctor charged $300. I only needed one.

I am terrible about exercise. I maintain by diet. Not to say I don’t indulge but if I do I try to balance. My first year I followed all the rules and not to be cliche, but learned to eat to live not live to eat. Still no carbonation and I do not drink until 45 min to and hour after I eat. I think those two things have helped.

I’m hoping not to have a lbl. I’m shaped pretty well I just need a little here and there. I would have done it sooner but I had to get two kids through college. Then weddings. Now it’s me time. I’ll be 45 Monday. For the last year I thought I’m too old what does it matter. It matters. I’m doing it for me. My hubby just gets the side benefits lol.

I didn’t realize how much I hid because I never could learn to be happy with myself. I had to do a lot of emotional work I didn’t even know I needed Lol. It's fascinating to me, too, and I'm not even planning on getting PS (I just like seeing other people's experiences). I'm pre-op (vsg) currently, and I almost wonder if I can ask for my stomach. LOL

(Now I'm wondering if anyone has ever asked that...)

Yes in spanx/workout pants my tummy looks flat but without I have loose skin. Not hanging over a lot but loose none the less and stretch marks. I do a lot of sit up so my core feels strong but doesn’t look like it naked. I can’t wait for surgeon to pull the curtain down and get rid of all the loose skin. I’m not super excited about the scars from tt and lift but I’m hopeful they will fade over time. I feel like I’ll look like a patchwork quilt afterwards. So I can choose quilt or deflated balloon lol

That’s what I meant. The doctor I chose. I didn’t care if he was the most expensive. I felt super comfortable with him. I wanted him. His price happened to be one of the best. I did not even know that when I decided he was the one.

I didn’t need a lift I just got the augmentation. 345cc. Today is day 3. I’m feeling pretty darn good. Still sore. My doctor is 2 hours away. Closest option I have. Mine was drainless. I came home
Immedietly after. I will go back at one week. I work for a doctor and know a general Surgeon fairly well so I knew I could call on them if I needed.
