My suggestion is to get "THE BIG BOOK ON THE GASTRIC SLEEVE" by Alex Brecher
It starts from the very beginning and goes through the first year. Excellent resource and very informative. I think the more informed we are on any major event in our lives it takes the unknown out if it.
