  1. I am 3 weeks post and I am doing well. Weekend I will make a mini scramble eggs with low fat cheese a bake os

    Usually a shake for lunch and Isopure for Protein then what every we make for dinner. A Protein. chicken or fish so far an mash potatoes ( one spoonful) and 1 spoon full of veggies. ( I usually cannot eat all of the dinner. Sometimes I save it for the next night. During the workweek

    Breakfast a shake

    lunch tuna

    snack - peaches

    Dinner

    Snack- usually skim milk

    But I checked today and ha a homemade chocolate chip cookie( very small)


  2. I am 2.5 weeks out. I am on soft foods. But I am finding myself taking a bite of a corn muffin , or a bite of a cookie. I am getting all my Protein in and most of my liquid. I am amazed that I can eat this stuff. A weekend ago a bite of tuna was difficult. I am between 600 and 800 calories. But boy all the temptations are here. I appreciate this site. Reading posts have been do helpful. It's going to be a struggle ... Thanks to all for being here


  3. Was sleeved on 06/01/2013 and only have lost 41 lbs, yes I know it's a lot, but I'm loosing like one to two pounds a month, I see others here loosing 75-100 in 5 months. I workout a lot I do boot camp cross fit Zumba you name it I'm doing it.:( what am I doing wrong. I'm taking in my Protein my Water and eat low fat and ow carbs. I'm so discourage right now.

    Muscle weighs more than fat. Are you measuring you inch loss?
