Get some good Protein from Slim fast low carb. It is 20 grams and does not taste too bad. You are about to be under the big 200. How exciting. when I get there yall will hear a victory shout!! I also ordered unjury powdered protein so I could make smoothies ( I am sill on liquids). it has twenty grams for 60 calories. I got the flavored kind (a few more calories) and put it in the blender with yogurt and fresh fruit. Hope this helps. Cleone

Dear Deb, 8 lbs now! Try taking the pills in jello or a smoothie like you said. I have been taking my capsule and small pill with just water. I have been having shoulder pain pretty bad, worse now then last week. I feel good besides that. I am glad you are feeling better. Do you have a pharmacist that makes up stuff in your town? We do, I was just thinking, call your pharmacist and ask for suggestions. glad we are on the other side! Cleone

Deb, I did really well. I did not have any of what you described but the pain from the gas. The pain is in my shoulder. But I have not had any today. Yesterday I had four Protein drinks, two cans of Soup, and a Popsicle!! How was the flight? Did the tapping work? Hope it all goes more smoothly from now on for you. Sincerely, Cleone

I have been able to drink protein drinks, creamy chicken soup, jello and of course, lot of h2o. I don' have any gurgiling up, but it does hurt a little when I burp, like a pressure feeling. I am so excited! Cleone:kiss2:

Maybe there is a leak in your band, so you are not able to get restriction?

Dear Elizabeth, Hang in there girl! You can do this. Try and get your mind off eating, maybe call someone on the phone or chat on the bandster chat board. I will get my band 9-28. I can't figure out how come some people are hungry and others are not. Anyway, good luck, you can do this. Cleone

Debbi, you forgot to say where in Mexico. I will be in Acuna. I can do the energy tapping over the phone. It works for being afraid to fly and will also work to erase the fear of being embarrassed on the way home. I tapped a kindergartener one time and when I finished she said "OK mom lets go to the airport I'm ready to fly"...and she did both ways no problems. I am getting excited. I am clearing my schedual so I can rest a few days afterwards, how about you? Cleone

I will fix you up. Where do you live? I am in Auburn AL, War Eagle. We are going to do just fine. 300,000 people have done this. I have already started telling myself that I will go throuh surgery like a breeze, I will not be hungry, I can do what I need to (yes I am convincing my self). Time, I will be banded on 9-28. I decided yesterday that I was going to be successful, I was not going to be hungry and that I would heal really fast. Would you like to join me in my positive thoughts? I figure I can think it is going to go well or I can think it will go badly....I'm going for the glass half full.
