I had a sleep study done that was the most annoying thing I ever had to do...I put my journey up on YouTube.....they found allot from the study.......they said I was restless in the night as well as my oxygen levels dropping down 82% that was something I never knew....I do get constant migranes....and sometimes chest pain but overall I'm young....I'm 18 245lbs at the start of my preop diet.....but at the beggining of this whole journey I was 252 im 5'0....I am sappose to be having surgery next Saturday......even if you don't think anything is wrong you should still go this whole journey they put us throb is all worth it. My mother has those leg spasms as well she is like 15 years out gastric bypass....but certain things spark her episodes like if she eats alot of salt...i guess thats what kinda contributes to her dehydration..but that is very serious hope u feel better soon

Lol well thats good to know i havent ate anything crazy but veggies like broccoli the first day i had ice cream nd thats all n i had like 3 vegan nuggets yesterday but it was high in protien...and i sometimes go in the fridge n take a slice of cheese for the taste

U had a 2 week liquid? Did u ever cheat? If so what did u eat?? Im so nervous i hope myliver shrinks

Lol well i know its hard and before you blink to hard you will be on tge table...just remember no carbs cuz thats what makes your liver shrink i think thats y some have a preop diet and others dont becuase the purpose of the diet is to shrink.your liver...but if we drinking shakes and etc i think 3 nuggets wont hurt lol

Guys my belly has been killing me....like idk ever since i started this diet there are times that it feels like alot maybe going on in there...and the shakes are beginning to taste nasty...i want food...this diet snapple taste like medicine...i just cant wait for surgery so all this would b done and i could just focus on little portions of food and not being hungry all the time.. anyone else feel the same?
