    I Love pizza And I Dont Deny Myself But I Exercise, I Eat Other Healthy Things, I Drink A Protein Every Morning, Just Be Truthful To Yourself I Was Plateaued For A Long Time The Last 4-5 Months Havent Lost A Thing, I Got Another Fill, Thats Was Too Tight, Went Back Not I Can Eat Like A Bird, And 3 Lbs Came Off.... But When Im Able To Enjoy A Slice Of Pizza W/o Choking I Know It's Time For Tightening! Be Truthful To Urself And It Happens! Ps Slim Bear Icecream Are The Bomb! 100 Caloires


  2. i got my lap in july started at 205 lost right away im a steady 185 for the last 3 months cant seem to get off plateau, have exercised and firming up as i go so i'm happy about that, also lost lots of inches but no pounds. I find my self eating less than pror band but i can still get down all that junk i love like pizza! chicken and eggs just dont work with me, I feel like im depressed and want those comfort foods!! Its all in the mind cause most times the body isnt even hungry. how many cheaters out there suffering like me????????????


  3. i'm three months in right away i lost 10-15lbs by month 1 1/2 i would say but nothing else since i went again for my second fill.

    but i always feel hungry, i dont eat properly all the time i dont think anyone does? but most of the time i do and very small portions.were all human but i can honestly admit it, i do eat ALOT less than i use to being banded, i do cardio and go walking minimum of 3 days a week but i have reached that plateau....any suggestions

    ive been losing alot of hair but i have a Protein Shake every morning, i use the Protein Powder in my meals, 2 Vitamins a day, two calcium chews a day, so it's not like i'm not trying could i be missing some other Vitamin?


  4. i had my first fill at 2.50? im not feeling fully restricted i could eat a slice of pizza easy but slow....i think i need another .50?

    i have not lost weight since my 2nd month and i'm hitting third

    the first month was great 15lbs off no problem, down two sizes but now.......nada! i feel like i should feel restricted more and do more shakes to get off that next 5lbs off to get me to the next level........any advice out there

    you could do lentil Soup, puree it, it's thick i could only get in about 4-6 oz but tastes sooo good feel like real food, i got sick of chicken soup after day 2! focus on Protein otherwise your hair starts to fall out!

    i was told my meals. shakes should never be more than 8 oz and i should drink it within 15-20 minutes . i do 2 calcium chews a day , 2 flinstone chewables w/ Iron, and got my blood pressure meds in liquids makes life alot easier! Good luck on your journey!


  6. well today i went for my first visit since the op 10 days later

    i droppped 12lbs and feeling great but i admit i'm hungry i cant take this shakes anymore ! Doctor ok'd me to go swimming so that will be good exercise since it sooo hot in NY. i have soreness in the port area but nothing i cant handle i also sleep on my stomach and side, i have had difficult nights, my back aches, i find my self trying the side thing but doesnt last at times i go down stairs and sleep better on the couch. Doctor recommended that i keep with the liquids until the next visit at the end if the month I ALMOST CRIED i said i'm hungry cant i do a mushy meal once a day at least, he said yea whenever i need it! thank god!!!!

    But i tell you my shirts feel loose around my butt area (FINALLY) where it not riding up from the big butt and hips! My mom came over and said your butt shrank...this will be sooo worth it! GOOD LUCK to all!
