Diverticulitis? Do you have any fever or shaking symptoms?
-
Your Insurance or doctor is making you write in this forum?
Is that right?
-
You did the pre-diet before the Insurance approval? Are you talking about the get ready for surgery two week deal, or was it a lose weight to help you qualify sort of deal?

I am 9 weeks out and can eat just about anything I used to eat. Probably shouldn't but I do.
I exercise every day, eat about 1/4 of what I used to, and things are going ok.
Dropping about a 1-2 lbs a week. Probably could be doing it faster, but losing during the holidays is tougher, with all the baked goods at work, and the Snacks out all day long. Going to try harder in the new year, but I doubt I will ever live bread free etc... as some on here are doing.
Good luck all.

Muscle milk is tasty, I mix it with almond "milk" a half a banana and a frozen strawberry and Water to thin it.
The best is Isopure, mixes well with just straight Water, 50 grams of protien in two scoops. When you do the math, protein/$, this is the best.
I was lactose intolerant presurgery, assume I still am, and these don't bother me.

Having some abdominal pain this week which I figure is gall stones. Anyone else go through this? Since treatment for gallstones appears to be pain meds, I don't see the point of going to the hospital or doctor. Thoughts?

I am thinking of getting one of these. I think you guys should do some research on baby carrots vs. regular carrots. The way they make baby carrots is kind of harsh. Unless I am misinformed.

Isopure zero carb chocloate. Have had one every day for the last 6 months.
Low carb and 2 scoops is 50 grams of Protein.
It may seem pricier, but when you consider one scoop is 25 grams of Protein. You can use half the amount and get the same amount of protein as cheaper stuff gives you with two scoops.
