Wonderful advice! I am fortunate enough to have a very supportive husband and family I have had so many failed attempts at weight loss so I guess that is the reason why I am so worried that this won't work either. I am more than willing to do what I need to do I'm excited for a new life!

I Am having my sleeve done December 16! Very excited and nervous, i can't Believe I'm about to get part of my stomach removed to lose weight.. Any advice?

I have made the decision not to share with people as well. I do not want people thinking I am too lazy to get up and work out. This is my last resort, many people do not understand that. So I choose to keep my trap shut...
