  1. 6 months out... My doctor says Never again! Although I've been tempted, that's a slippery slope I won't go down! I know that's where a lot of my weight came from and I don't want to gain!!
  2. Highest Weight: 299 Day of Surgery: 264. Mover 21, 2013 Today: 210 Very depressed and feel I'm not moving fast enough!! Where are you? Is this "normal"??

  7. My date was also 11/20 and I am doing the EXACT same thing! I agree it is VERY frustrating, but I think it is pretty normal. Even though we had WLS, our bodies are still healing from MAJOR surgery!!! I have decided to cut myself a break until I follow up with the surgeon. I know I am doing exactly what I was told to, and although at this point I "feel" like I may never lose the weight!!!! The nurse in me says that this is a process and I must be patient!!! I hope it helps to know you are NOT alone!!!! .

  11. Post op day 4.... On clear liquids and 4 oz ensure hourly. I totally just had an "accident" not sure what I have gotten myself in to! No one mentioned that! At this point I'm wondering if I've made a mistake! Still worried about complications.... Sigh : (

  18. Does anyone have any experience with BCBS TN? I'm so annoyed after meeting all their requirements, my surgeons office faxed in the paperwork last Thursday. Well they have a new form, so nothing was accepted : ( surgeons office resubmitted! Now just waiting!! I was hoping to have surgery Thursday (because of scheduling) but they say 10 to 15 business days : ( I'm hoping it doesn't take that long for approval!!!! If the psych didn't take 3 weeks to do report I would have been on time for Thursday!! Soo frustrated!!!!!

  21. Day 2 preop diet (15 pounds to lose b 4 surg). I have cut caffeine out (VERY Hard). I usually have a lot of caffeine throughout the day!!!!How long will I have a headache?
