  1. You know the saying just do it! It's tough the firestorm 3-4days then it gets better do something when u get stressed about the food take a walk sew something (that's what I do) just something to take your mind off of it. Good luck. My surgery is mon.
  2. We are getting closer and closer. I have my final pre-op appt tomorrow. Then Monday our big day. So excited!!!dde03 Had my pre-op visit today took over 2 hrs hope the surgery goes quicker Surgery mon good luck to all!

  4. BeeLee. Glad. We will be losing together! I'm doing 2 -3shakes a day and one small meal been ding it for a while really sorta boring and I've slipped a couple of times but I'm sticking to it
  5. I'm glad I finally found this site ! My surgery is scheduled for the 24 th im so excited and a bit fearful . Just ready to get going on the losing trip! I'm 63 sw 349 leave in Louisana have lots of diseases related to the weight. So glad many of you are doing this at a younger age. Good luck everyone! Be blessed!

  7. I have a date March 24th it's been a long journey since sept of 2013 now the nerves really kicking in! Anyone else got a March date.
