Hello! Im new to this!

Hello everyone! I am new to this page and have found many of your post very helpful. I am pre op and start my liquid diet on April 1 and my surgery on April 16.. Any tips on getting through the two weeks of liquid? Makes me kind of nervous! Thanks again and good luck everyone!

You know the saying just do it! It's tough the firestorm 3-4days then it gets better do something when u get stressed about the food take a walk sew something (that's what I do) just something to take your mind off of it. Good luck. My surgery is mon.

Welcome and congrats on your choice to be healthy , I have not started my preopt diet yet so I cant help you there but I can say take one day at a time and good luck. I am still awaiting a surgery date.

What are you doing for your liquid meals?

I have a protein shake, then after around 30 minutes I'll. Have a plain low fat yogurt. You'll be surprised the protein shake will keep. You feeling full.it's helped with the transition to all liquids
