  1. This post was started a long time ago but I thought I would share what I use since I no longer take chewables. I cant even stand the taste of Flinestones Vitamins and the gummies hurt my teeth for some weird reason. I started taking a new Vitamin line about 1 month ago and so far love it. Its called Thrive by Le-vel, it also has a probiotic that is equal to 1600 cups of yogurt so for me its perfect! I had a baby almost 1 year ago and had a life threatening condition that caused me to lose a lot of blood and I became very anemic, so these Vitamins are exactly what I have been looking for. I literally cant swallow regular prenatal vitamins as the make me gag, but Thrive is small capsules, a mineral mix and wearable nutrition patch so I have zero issues with gagging!! Anyways just thought I would share and maybe this will help others. you can check it out at www.702layla.le-vel.com

  2. I have never used Plexus, but I am in the Direct Sales industry so I thought i may shine some light. The lady I joined Le-vel with used to be a promoter with Plexus, to the point that she was making literally 50 thousand a month with them. She said that one of the reasons she walked away from the company and stopped using the products is because they changed the formula of how everything was made and it stopped working for people. She was with them for a very long time and loved them, but as soon as the formula was changed the products quit working and she walked away. So personally for me knowing that, I would think that something like Premier Protein would be a better option. I take a mix from Le-vel that has 15 grams of Protein but its more nutrition not a Meal Replacement. Anyways just thought I would share.

  3. I'm trying to find the right place to post this. I hope I'm right on this one. I am in the process of getting a revision from lap band to sleeve. I am currently breastfeeding my 5 month old. I was wondering if anyone has done this before? I am wanting to still breastfeed until he is 1-2 years old. Do you think I can have the surgery and still breastfeed?

I think so. My little guy is 15 months and I just had the surgery last Wednesday and I nurse my lo. Talk to your Dr and see what they say. Good luck to you!

  4. Si I had surgery tues and it is thursday evening. And unfortunately I am still hungry! The one thing I wanted to go away was hunger cravings' date=' but I still feel hungry. Its not head hunger either. My stomach growls and I have an appetite. Sort of discouraged. Anyone else like this?[/quote']

I have that, but I think I am still trying to get the gas out. Once you get to move on in the food process I would think it will get better! Protein should help you stay fuller longer :)

  5. I'm right there with you. 5'6 BMI 34 and weigh as much or more than most professional football players' date=' yet people tell me I don't need to do thisI. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and have done every diet in the book. I'm scheduled for October 31 and nervous as heck.[/quote']

You will do great! I am really not in any pain just a bit of gas. Don't listen to what other people say to you. Its your body and your health and you are doing the best thing for YOU! Its super hard on your body to constantly be dieting, this gives you the tool to lose weight and not be hungry all the time!
