Thank you guys I will work on getting that Protein down.

I have read that week 3 is a slow week but I am on week 5 and no weight loss in 2 weeks. I am barely eating and it's hard to get down more than 1 Protein Drink. What am I doing wrong. So many others are down 30 or 40 pounds by week 5 I am only down 20.

I had my surgery on September 27th so we will be walking the same path. Good luck. Lord knows I am going to need it. I was 285 and now I am 263 it's not a lot but it's better than nothing. I am hoping for better weeks to come.

I can't get all 60g of Protein nor 800 calories to stay down so I think my body is trying to hold on to the fat.

Thanks I guess I just hate reading how others have lost 30 pounds or more.

I am sort of bummed out that in 3 weeks time all I have lost is 10 pounds. I am only drinking Protein Shakes and Soup. Any idea what the problem could be?
