  5. McButterpants I have been missing my signals too the past couple weeks and having the poke feeling in my tummy. It feels like the edge of a cracker is poking me. I have been worried. Is this what you have experienced?
  6. I love this tread. Sit in a booth without my stomach touching the table (achieved). Bend down and tie my shoes (achieved). Walk up stairs without feeling like I am going to die ( in progress). Give myself a pedicure with out straining (achieved). Dance without sweat pouring down my face (I haven't tried this yet).

  9. I use lose it. I have a MFP too but prefer Lose it.
  10. I think you are doing fine. Just keep doing what your doing and before you know it you will be dropping sizes.

  12. After my surgery I was having hunger pains when I was thirsty. Soon as I starting drinking water instead of eating my hunger would go away. It is strange but really true. I was use to eating when I felt hunger pains but now I know it thirst.
  13. Welcome! For me the pain lasted about a week then started to get better daily.

  15. Yep the bariatric ones make me sick. I switched to centrum chewables.
  16. I am having the same issue. Had my blood work done and everything was fine. My blood pressure is normal. I drink plenty of water. I am trying to get more calories in to see if that helps.
  17. Don't beat yourself up. Just keep pressing on. This a journey and like all journeys there are ups and downs but stay on the path. You got this!
