I am definitely both excited and nervous - and so ready to be on my way to my new I plan on eating one last good meal - just haven't made up my mind yet what that is lol

Ok so now I am super nervous.... My date has been moved up to Dec 9th!!! I am kind of liking that since I will have to start my pre op diet 2 weeks before - meaning Thanksgiving week! It will be a true test to my new life style change! I am also happy to say I have been soda free since the last week of Sept. Big feat for me considering I was drinking about 4-6 a day -OMG it's no wonder I am the weight I am.

Tentatively set for Dec 30 have cleared all testing but an upper gi which is soon. 38yr old 5'1 260lbs

I too was always thin - at 12 weeks pregnant with my first child I was a mere 112lbs - I ended up gaining 68lbs. Lost most of it and 4 yrs later had my 2nd child gained a lot again didn't lose much after and 16 months later had my last child - the excess weight NEVER came off. I have contemplated WLS for years and finally just said "I'm doing it"

I actually should have had it back in October but my mom had such a hard time with it that I postponed it - i can happily say I now have her support and look forward to my surgery!!!
