It is lower/mod back right where my port is located if I was to go all the way through. I feel better this morning. Thanks for the info

Today I had my first fill and I have noticed that my back is really bothering me does anybody else have this problem after fills

I have the same thing and I was banded on nov 5th. I think it is still gas from surgery

Hello Nov 5th banded I am doing well actually went grocery shopping yesterday and church this morning. Actually feeling pretty good, not really hungry outside of what I think I head hunger. Watching my husband and kids eat pizza as I sip on broth is not as easy as I thought. I have no pain and walking much better the only down side is the neck am back pain and the gas pushing up on my diaphragm that cause breathe taking pains here and there but nothing consistent so I am happy!! I am ready to rerun to work tomorrow and start see downward numbers on the scale! Good luck to you all:)

I am looking for a November 'banding buddy' or buddies. My surgery is Nov.22. I would of liked to do it sooner (dont we all) but my surgon is on vacation. I am not nervious about the surgery. I am scared of losing my best friend-food. I have already come up with a plan for Thanksgiving' date=' and how I am going to avoid going to my family's house. Besides ,my husband, everyone thinks I am having heital hernia surgery. I feel really guilty not telling them what I am doing, but I learned my lesson at the beginning of my journey, when I mentioned I was looking into weigh loss surgery. That is why I am coming here. I do need support. I am noticing that I am doubting my decission. Does anyone feel or have felt this way?[/quote']Oh my I was just approved today and I have my surgery Nov 12th I am super excited and nervous all the same!! I am in the same boat as you when it comes to family only my husband and beat friend know about the surgery everyone thinks it is just surgery for my heital hernia. I am also looking for a LapBand Fill Dr to help me. I do NOT like the one that did my surgery or the staff, I never get to talk to anyone and the times they are open are just not workable when you work yourself. I have only lost 11 pounds since surgery in NOV 5, 2013 been in and out with fills and unfills and I am very discouraged with the band. Everytime I speak to my doctor about this his "tries" to reassures me that everything is going well and give one excuse after another. it cause I am excercising, muscle weights more than fat, could be my medication, I was even told that my metabolism could be why...Regardless I need someone to that is passinate about this and want to see patients successful and not just the next 100.00 fill day. I currently live in Dayton TX and can't find anyone close that takes exsisting patients....
PLEASE HELP!!!
