Very well written basically i feel that i can be done if we do things in the proper needed way.
And according to me that takes our fitness to the next level what you have written makes real sense and help us in being good.

Well yeah that makes sense and i guess there is nothing really bad about it if we do that,It can help us in maintaing the weight the amount of calories and fats that we consume.

This is something pretty cool i must say that its a problem with a lot of people i mean the way the can not really maintain their diet which causes problems with their body so according to me that should be treated.
