Welcome to the site Don. I was a self pay and i too had to look at my budget and see where the money would come from. I got most of mine out of my retirement acc. I took a hardship withdrawal. Also took a small loan from credit union. Dr Zapata was 8000 including air fare so it was not to bad. Best of luck Donna

Good for you!!! My co-workers were having cake at work today, but i said no. Makes you feel good when you do not give in. I do not know how anyone does the slimfast. I hate it. Donna

I was banded the day after you and i still have the neck and shoulder pain. Sometimes real bad, sometimes not. Wish it would stop. PB means productive burp. ( or throw up) Donna
