Having the band has really helped to cut my hunger, a lot. I have only had one fill, so i do not have much restriction, but i am still just not very hungry. I love it. Donna

I have no problem gulping water. Just seems to go right through. Unless i have just eaten. Then it hurts if i do it.I am having a problem waiting an hour after i eat to drink. Donna -
I burp a lot more now too.Don`t know why. I have never had the slime thing and hope i never do. It sounds awful. Donna

I have had my first fill. I do not feel much restriction, but i am not very hungry , so it has helped. Hope the next fill gives me some restriction. Donna

Dr Zapata in Monterrey is great. With airfare he was 8000. Very good doctor. Has done more then anyone else i have heard about. Great trip and i love my band. Donna -

I took a shower the day after surgery. Took three weeks off after surgery. Only pain was gas pain,pretty bad for a couple of days. Still have some in shoulder every now and then. Drove two days after surgery, no problem. Stairs- just go up easy. It is different i think for everyone. I was lucky. Best of luck. Donna -
I was banded the same day and i feel great too. Sounds like you got a really good fill. I got a 2cc fill in a 4cc band, but i do not have much restriction. Maybe next fill will do it. Donna

:hungry: I eat about 1300 to 1400 cal. a day. I think i would be way to hungry on 600-800. I exercise 4 or 5 times a week and feel pretty good. Maybe i am eating to much but i have only had one fill and do not feel any restriction. Donna:ranger:
