I was told that any liquid that you consume counts towards the 64 oz. If you use water or unflavored almond milk for your protien drinks..it counts. -
I have tried the Cytosport pwdr and the Cookies n Cream is the best tasting.

Any September surgeries out there
ranchbrat replied to SueC1's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Im home from the hospital it was a good stay and excellent team of doctors at Cottage Hospital. They gave me decaf tea, a protein drink and broth while I was there. Today I start on full liquids for 2 weeks and all sugar free items. Exercise as tolorable, and I am in a bit of pain still and still have some gas pains. Thank goodness for no other symptoms such as heart burn and nausua. Started on chewable vitamins today they are kinda tastey from Celebrate. -

Hi everyone, wow what a great app this is. I have learned a lot already. I'm nervous as I want to make sure I get in all liquids and protein possible. Did anyone have any flavors they didn't like but did before your surgery?
