    That's exactly whats happening..the more I hit the gym the more I gain, so I will go w/your assessment:nervous My scale does calculate body fat. I got it for xmas and havent even set up my profile on the thing. I will do that so I can keep track of my body fat.

    I saw him Tues. for a fill and he said I'm doing great and he can tell that I'm losing b/c he see wrinkles under my eyes. I was like ummm thanks, I think. I still love me some him:D

    Yes maam:yield: I did Water aerobics again yesterday. Going to attempt a basic step class & "pain in the butt" class tonight...both 30 min. I forgot how much I hated the liquid diet...I made it though. re: restriction...i was on liquids so I dont know. Today I progress to mushies, so I will let you know.

    I felt well enought to go home the same day, but I had to stay overnight per my surgeon.
